Hajinews.id – Habib Abu Bakar Assegaf menyoroti video ribuan santri bersama uskup dan kardinal menyanyikan lagu Heal The World milik Michael Jackson yang viral di media sosial.
Lewat status twitternya @abubakarsegaf; pada Jumat (17/2/2023), Abu Bakar Assegaf menanyakan lokasi dan acara ribuan santri dan uskup itu bernyanyi bersama.
Walau tidak dijelaskan apa yang disesalinya, dirinya mengaku miris ketika melihat video tersebut.
Habib Abu Bakar Assegaf pun mengimbau kepada masyarakat agar tidak salah memilih sekolah ataupun pondok pesantren untuk anak-anak.
Sebab apabila salah, anak-anak diungkapkannya akan terlihat seperti para santri yang terekam dalam video viral tersebut.
“Ada yang tau ini dimana & acara apa? Miris melihatnya, hati2 jangan sampai salah tempat pendidikan, agar tidak begini anak2 kita,” tulis Habib ABu Bakar Assegaf lewat twitternya @abubakarsegaf pada Jumat (17/2/2023).
Pertanyaan itu pun disambut akun @SatuHatiCoffee.
Dalam kolom komentar, aku tersebut menyebutkan lagu yang dinyanyikan ribuan santri bersama uskup dan kardinal adalah lagu berjudul Heal The World yang dipopulerkan Michael Jackson.
Dirinya pun sependapat dengan Habib Abu Bakar Assegaf yang menyesali ribuan santri bernanyi bersama uskup.
Bahkan akun @SatuHatiCoffee menyebut hal tersebut merupakan tanda-tanda akhir zaman.
“Ini lagu aslinya Michael Jackson tentang kemanusiaan habib, cm mmg miris ketika dinyanyikan dengan bintang tamu dari pemimpin umat agama lain, trus berada dilingkungan santri. Akhir zaman,” tulis akun @SatuHatiCoffee.
“Iya, kalau lagunya saya tau, tapi apa perlunya santri2 sampai duduk dibawah, nyanyi2 di depan pemimpin agama lain, jadi tidak punya izzah kesannya & ini arahnya kemana lg klo tidak ke Pluralisme,” balas Habib Abu Bakar Assegaf.

Dalam postingannya, dirinya mengunggah video ribuan santri bersama para pejabat senior dalam Gereja Katolik Roma.
Diketahui, video tersebut merupakan Haul atau peringatan atas meninggalnya Kiai Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) di Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran yang berlokasi di Dusun Candi, Sardonoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, turut hadir Presiden Dewan Kepausan untuk Dialog Antaragama Vatikan Kardinal, Miguel Ángel Ayuso Guixot MCCJ.
Tidak diketahui waktu kegiatan, hanya saja, ribuan santri terlihat duduk bersama di sebuah aula pondok pesantren yang luas.
Mereka duduk menghadap para tamu undangan dan pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran.
Dalam tayangan selanjutnya, ribuan santri terlihat kompak menyanyikan lagu berjudul Heal The World yang dipopulerkan Michael Jackson.
Mereka melambaikan tangan mengikuti irama lagu Heal The World yang mereka nyanyikan bersama.
Hal tersebut juga dilakukan oleh para pimpinan Pondok Pesantren dan Miguel Ángel Ayuso Guixot MCCJ yang duduk di hadapan para santri.
